South India Shopping mall in the city at Kukatpally was inaugurated by actor Mahesh Babu, the GHMC has pooped the party by sealing the building for not taking the mandatory occupancy certificate.

An occupancy certificate is issued to a building upon completion only when the construction is done as per the sanctioned plan by the municipal corporation.

Here, the building owner, A.V. Krishnam Raju’s, application for such a certificate was rejected due to the following deviations as explained by Chief City Planner G.V. Raghu in a press release on Friday.
